Q: What online calendars will work with MusiCal and how?
A: Most people input MusiCal into Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. On the website, we have video tutorials for these online calendars. Other people have used a Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Please reach out if you use a different online calendar system and need help!
Q: If my director makes changes to the rehearsal schedule, will they automatically update on my own calendar?
A: No, they will not automatically update yet. Make sure to stay up to date with changes to the rehearsal schedule provided by your director/stage manager! However, we would like to make this an option for the future.
Q: The events in my calendar are in the correct order but at different times. How do I fix this?
A: The most likely explanation is that you are in a different time zone from where the rehearsals are taking place. This has happened to multiple people when they input their calendars while on vacation. Once you return back to the time zone of rehearsals, the calendar entries will update automatically to the correct time.
